Responsibilities include providing setup, installation and configuration of hardware and peripheral equipment; installing software applications; troubleshooting and maintaining equipment; monitoring network operations; and providing 1st level IT support to all end users.

This is a position that includes direct customer interaction and service. The candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate effective communication and teaming skills. Must have a solid background and understanding of the NT/2000/2003 operating systems and Active Directory. Must also have experience working with hardware. Additional skills would include: Citrix, SMS, Cluster Support, Application Installs, System Support, and Server Builds. Any Microsoft, Compaq, or Cisco certifications would be a plus.

Must be self directed and able to make decisions about support needs. Experience with LAN / WAN administration and maintenance, user support, Exchange server, TS, Win 2000 & 2003 servers and multiple software applications.
